1. Terms & Conditions
1A. Nails
​
Appointments & Booking Fees
-
A 50% booking fee is required to secure all nail appointments.
-
The booking fee must be paid online via debit/credit card or a secure payment link through Fresha.
-
Phone bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee is paid through the secure link.
-
The booking fee is deducted from the final appointment cost.

Refunds & Transfers
-
Booking fees are refundable if cancelled at least 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment.
-
After 3 days, booking fees are non‑refundable but transferable to another appointment for the same person only.
​
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
-
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice: booking fee is non‑refundable but transferable (same person only).
-
No‑shows: you lose your booking fee, and the full appointment cost will be charged to the card saved on file.
-
Clients with unpaid balances will not be permitted to book future appointments until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Payments
-
The remaining balance (after the booking fee) can be paid:
• In person by cash or debit/credit card, or
• Charged to the card saved on file in Fresha. -
For no‑shows, the full appointment cost will be charged to the saved card.

Age Restrictions
-
Nail services: 16+ with parental/guardian consent (ID may be required).
​
Results & Aftercare
-
Individual results vary depending on nail health and maintenance. We provide aftercare advice and recommend following it closely to optimise outcomes.

If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can advise and, where appropriate, review.

Refunds for Treatments

Due to the personalised nature of our services and hygiene standards, refunds are not provided for completed treatments. We will always act in line with best practice to address any issues.

1B. Aesthetics
​
Appointments & Booking Fees

All aesthetic treatments require consultation and consent forms.

Initial forms are sent when you book; additional forms are completed in person during your consultation.

Treatments will not be carried out unless all forms are completed and signed.

Providing inaccurate information may result in the refusal of treatment and loss of the booking fee.

Health, Safety & Patch Tests

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.

Some treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before the appointment. If the patch test is not completed or indicates sensitivity, treatment will not proceed.

Complaints Procedure

Please email sharataylor@hotmail.co.uk within 48 hours of your appointment with your full name, appointment date, treatment, and a brief description of the concern. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond fully within 10 working days.

Required for all aesthetic treatments.

• Paper records in a locked filing system
• Digital records on Fresha (GDPR‑compliant, encrypted, password‑protected) -
Retained for up to 7 years for insurance and legal purposes.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data.

Information may be shared with service providers (e.g., Fresha) under strict agreements, and with insurers/regulators where required by law.

Data Security & Retention

Personal data is securely stored and retained only as long as necessary (see Section 3).

Payment information is encrypted and handled by Fresha.
