PAYMENT
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment, with the balance due on the day. All major cards are accepted. Bank transfer, and cash payments are not supported.
LATE POLICY
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. A 15 minute grace period will be honoured. Later than 15mins and your appointment will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To reschedule or cancel, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment - or missed appointments - will result in the full fee to be paid.
REFUND POLICY
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All final payments are due at the end of your appointment.
